FW Worlds Day 2

So on the second day of racing here in Viganj we had 2 races for both of the fleets. Unfortunately there was not enough wind for the last race of Blue fleet.
The wind was considerably stronger for the first Yellow fleet and both Blue fleet races than yesterday - about 15 knots.

Today I will start with a short summary about lithuanians. As Yellow fleet has done all of their qualification races it is more or less clear who will qualify to gold and who not. Unfortunately but Robertas LTU 127, Audrius LTU 717 and Arnoldas LTU 79 will have to continue their racing in the silver fleet. It is worth to mention that Arnoldas managed to drag half of the Yellow fleet into early start which later ended in a recall.
Very sad news, but last year Lithuanian Champion Giedrius LTU 11 is out of balance in this competition. He has very very limited possibilities to qualify to the Gold fleet.
Karolis LTU 1001, Mindaugas LTU 64 and Paulius LTU 718 after three races are in TOP 65 which means that they are in the Gold fleet position. However, it is not yet clear if they will stay in it after the result of 4th race is included.
Arvydas LTU 789 and Gediminas LTU 76 are clearly in the Gold fleet as their positions are 46th and 48th.

Now a few lines about myself. I am first out of Lithuanians as well as first Youth and in the overall I am.standing in 23rd position. I am very happy about my performance so far. Nevertheless I see a lot of place for improvement. It is also quite clear that I will loose a few positions after the 4th race results are included.

Time for the leaders. In the Yellow fleet Casper Bouman took another bullet in Race nr. 3 and just missed race nr. 4. Miguel Martinho used this opportunity to take a bullet in very light wind for himself. Janis Preiss, Ross Williams and Michail Polanowski were in TOP 5 as usual.
In the blue fleet Antoine Albeau FRA 192 used stronger winds for his advantage and took 1st and 2nd places.
